A photo tour led by Dave Wyman, William Hartshorn, and Ken Rockwell.
This year I shot only film, using four cameras: a Mamiyaflex C2 TLR (square format), a Nikon F (used only for infrared), a Nikon F2 (used with both B&W and color film) and an Olympus XA (color). The films used were Ilford HP5+ (B&W), Fuji Provia 100 (color), and Efke IR820 Aura (infrared).

on June 28, 2011Nope, no polarizer. This was shot with my Olympus XA, which has no place to put filters. This is straight from the camera to film, and then I did my best to get the scanned image to look as good as the original.

on June 28, 2011Nice job on the water, the contrast was pretty high in my shot like this one. Were you using a polarizer for this shot? The rainbow was quite brilliant, but if you were using a polarizer you could make it either optimal or nearly disappear.
